BelRefugees joins Amnesty’s call for dignified reception conditions

Bel­Re­fu­gees is a signa­to­ry to the peti­tion, signed by 23,572 people, which Amnes­ty Inter­na­tio­nal Bel­gium has just sub­mit­ted to Minis­ter Van Bos­suyt, cal­ling for digni­fied recep­tion condi­tions for eve­ryone see­king inter­na­tio­nal pro­tec­tion in Belgium.

Des­pite more than 12,000 convic­tions, the government’s poli­cy conti­nues to exclude people from the recep­tion they are entit­led to.
