Tax cer­ti­fi­cates are sent in March for the pre­vious fis­cal year.

I can’t find my tax certificate, who should I contact ?

If you made a dona­tion, your tax cer­ti­fi­cate was sent to you by post. If you lost it or did not receive it, you can contact us via this address.

I would like to change the amount/stop my monthly commitment. How can I do this ?

To change or stop your com­mit­ment, you can contact us via this address.

I wanted to make a one-time donation but I set up a monthly donation. How can I cancel my commitment ?

Please contact us via this address. We will stop your month­ly com­mit­ment, and you will need to redo the pro­cess to make your one-time donation.

I set up a standing order and want to change the amount or stop it. How can I do this ?

For any changes regar­ding a stan­ding order, you must contact your bank directly.

I would like to raise funds for BelRefugees. What is the procedure ?

To raise funds for Bel­Re­fu­gees, whe­ther for a spe­cial occa­sion (wed­ding, bir­th­day, sports chal­lenge…) or other­wise, you can create your col­lec­tion via our dedi­ca­ted plat­form.

I would like to donate clothes/materials to BelRefugees. Where can I drop them off ?

Volunteering and Recruitment

I would like to volunteer with BelRefugees, how can I do this ?

To become a volun­teer with Bel­Re­fu­gees, you must regis­ter for one of the infor­ma­tion ses­sions via our Become a volun­teer page.

I would like to apply for a job at BelRefugees. Can I send an unsolicited application ?

You can send us your unso­li­ci­ted appli­ca­tion via our jobs and inter­n­ships plat­form. Howe­ver, we invite you to regu­lar­ly check the list of avai­lable offers.
