Connect2Belgium

Connect2Belgium is a digital literacy training program for people on the move, regardless of their administrative status. It is organized by the Brabant Wallon branch of the Platform, with the support of the Orange Foundation.

Its goal is to introduce digital tools that help improve students’ autonomy in key stages of life in Belgium. Through thematic training modules (employment, housing, education, health, etc.), participants will learn to discover and use online tools.

Anyone taking part in a training module also gains access to workshops designed to practice the skills acquired. Participants thus have the chance to use digital tools in relation to their own situation, with the support of a volunteer (e.g. “I want to look for housing in Namur,” or “I want to find a training to become a cook under certain conditions,” etc.).

This module is currently offered in partnership with the CPAS of Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve.
